The Landmark Theatre is available for a wide range of activities ranging from main stage shows, weddings and receptions, meetings, proms, corporate parties, fundraisers, and more. For rental and catering information, please call Information at 475-7979 ext. 105.

NOTE: Spring and Fall weekend are prime concert/performance weekends and may be difficult to book for private functions. When planning a private function, please call well in advance to check on availability.

LOBBY EVENTS:
Utilize both the lower and mezzanine level lobbies.

Four-hour party/reception cost: $2000
Holiday rate: $3000 
High School proms/formals $1200
Additional hours:   $250

ADDITIONAL COSTS:
Fire Marshall: $20/hour with a 4-hour minimum: $80
Set up, waste removal and clean up: $350
Marquee change (optional): $50

Based on availability, additional rehearsal day rates may apply: 50% of deposit.  

Certificate of Insurance is required, naming the Landmark as additional insured in the amount of $1 million. (This is a one-day rider on the client's homeowners or business insurance.)

Client must bring in a caterer from our preferred list (Karen's, Alto Cinco, Diamond Catering, Carnegie, Creative, Traditions, Francesca's Cucina, American Food & Vending); caterer must rent tables, chairs, linens, glassware for bar, china, etc.

Client may bring in any band or DJ they choose; they must rent a dance floor.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY:
Sit-down dinner, all tables in mezzanine lobby: 130
Buffet/stations, implementing seating on both floors: 160
Cocktail party with NO tables: 350

The Landmark does NOT have an elevator to the mezzanine lobby.

WEDDING CEREMONY ONLY:
$350/hour with 2-hour minimum: $700
Set up, waste removal and clean up: $350
Fire Marshal $20/hour with a 4-hour minimum: $80
Marquee charge: $100 
Maximum chair setup capacity:
Lower lobby: 60 chairs
Mezzanine: 125 chairs

Summer/Holiday Rates: Minimum charge $2,000 plus Fire Marshal
