
The Landmark Theatre is available for a wide range of activities ranging from main stage shows, weddings and receptions, meetings, proms, corporate parties, fundraisers, and more. For rental and catering information, please call Executive Assistant Jake DeRose at 475-7979 ext. 105.
NOTE: Spring and Fall weekend are prime concert/performance weekends and may be difficult to book for private functions. When planning a private function, please call well in advance to check on availability.

Top shelf liquor includes Stoli, Tanquerey, Bacardi/Captain Morgan, Jim Beam/Jack Daniels, Seagrams Seven, Dewars. Draught beer includes Bud Light, Yuengling, LaBatt’s Blue, Magic Hat No. 9. Wine includes Round Hill chardonnay, Bela Sera pinot grigio, Fish Eye merlot and Nathanson Creek white zinfandel.
Champagne toast: $1 extra per person
Cash bar: $50 bar staff gratuity + sales tax
Additional Costs:
Fire Marshall: $20/hour with a 4-hour minimum: $80
City Event license $55
Certificate of Insurance is required, naming the Landmark as additional insured in the amount of $1 million. (This is a one-day rider on the client’s homeowners or business insurance.)
Client must bring in a caterer from our preferred list (Karen’s, Pascale, Carnegie, Creative, Traditions); caterer must rent tables, chairs, linens, glassware for bar, china, etc.
Client may bring in any band or DJ they choose; they must rent a dance floor.
Maximum Capacity:
Sit-down dinner, all tables in mezzanine lobby: 130
Buffet/stations, implementing seating on both floors: 160
Cocktail party with NO tables: 350
The Landmark does NOT have an elevator to the mezzanine lobby.
Wedding Ceremony ONLY:
$300/hour with 2-hour minimum: $600
Set up and clean up: $150
Fire Marshal $80
Marquee charge: $50
Maximum chair setup capacity:
Lower lobby: 60 chairs
Mezzanine: 125 chairs
